Hi Friend, I’m Brittnay
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), IFBB Bikini Pro, children’s book author, mama, and Believer. Life is busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way—but I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle it all. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help other women, especially moms, build sustainable habits so they can pour into their own cup, and feel like the best version of themselves— both physically and mentally.
I work with women who are tired of not being able to reach their fitness goals, feeling stuck in cycles of overwhelm, guilt, and burnout. Through my 1:1 coaching, I help my clients uncover what’s holding them back, create systems that align with their values, and build healthy habits that stick—no matter what life throws their way.
I draw from my expertise in behavior science, my fitness journey, and my own experience as a high-achieving mom to guide women who are juggling a million things but still want to prioritize their health, happiness, and sparkle. I weave practical strategies with a touch of grace and self-compassion to help you stop just “getting through” your days and start thriving in them.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me spending time with my family, dreaming up new projects, and sneaking in a workout. I believe that with the right support, you can balance all the things you care about most—without feeling like you’re running on empty.
Let’s build a life that fits your goals, brings you joy, and helps you shine. I’m here to show you how! 🎀✨
What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?
Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is the science of understanding why we do what we do and how we can make lasting changes to our behavior. It’s been around since the 1960s, backed by decades of research that show how effective it can be for creating real, meaningful progress. What makes ABA unique is that it’s evidence-based—everything is rooted in data and proven strategies, not guesswork or quick fixes.
At its core, ABA looks at how our environment and habits shape our behavior. It helps us identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we can adjust to make life feel more manageable. One of the most amazing things about this science is how versatile it is. It can be used to tackle a wide range of behaviors—building healthy habits, managing stress, improving time management, or finding balance when life feels overwhelming.
What Does a BCBA Do?
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), fitness expert, and coach, I specialize in using the science of ABA to help people make real, lasting changes in their health, habits, and daily routines. Think of it as having a proven system to help you break free from what’s holding you back and build a lifestyle that supports your goals—whether that’s getting stronger, having more energy, or simply feeling good in your body again.
In my work, I:
✅ Help you understand why certain behaviors happen and how your environment influences them—so you can create a setup that makes healthy choices easier.
✅ Work with you to set clear, meaningful goals based on your values—not just for fitness, but for your overall well-being.
✅ Identify the barriers keeping you stuck—whether it’s lack of time, all-or-nothing thinking, or the dreaded “falling off track”—and develop strategies to overcome them.
✅ Teach you how to build routines and fitness habits that fit your life—so you can stay consistent without feeling like you have to overhaul everything at once.
What I love most about behavior science is that it’s not just about “doing more” or “trying harder.” It’s about working smarter. We use research-backed tools to create systems that work for you—even when life gets messy. Instead of relying on motivation or quick fixes, we focus on small, strategic shifts that add up to big, sustainable results.
How I Use ABA in My Coaching
In my coaching program, I bring the science of ABA to everyday life. Together, we’ll break down your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and create a clear plan to move forward. We’ll track progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and tweak things as we go, so you always have a system that supports you.
This isn’t about pushing through burnout or relying on motivation alone. It’s about understanding your patterns, working with your unique circumstances, and creating habits that feel doable—even when life is chaotic. My goal is to help you thrive by applying these powerful, proven strategies to the areas of your life that matter most.
